Your new favorite healthy breakfast recipes

We love a simple, quick and healthy breakfast. Especially with this sunny weather and having fresh summer fruits available again! This makes it a lot easier to try out different recipes, so we've put together three yummy breakfast recipes for you that really matches with the spring feeling!

OATMEAL SMOOTHIE BOWL


 

Ingredients

  • 10 gr chopped almonds
  • 10 gr chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons blueberries
  • 1 piece of pure chocolate 
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 45 gr oatmeal
  • 200 ml almond milk

 

How to make it: warm the milk in a pan and ensure it does not boil. Add the oatmeal to the warm milk, and let it soak. Mix half of the honey into the mixture and let cool. Then add the remaining ingredients as a topping on top and dig in!

 

 

SMOOTHIE BOWL WITH RED FRUIT

 

Ingredients

  • 40 gr red fruit
  • Banana
  • 6 almonds
  • 30 gr muesli (1 tablespoon for the topping)
  • 150 ml almond milk

 

How to make it: Put everything, except the tablespoon granola, in the blender and blend it until smooth. Then pour it into a beautiful bowl and add the muesli as a topping on top. Bon appetit!

 

 

SMOOTHIE BOWL WITH DRAGON FRUIT

 

Ingredients

  • 200 gr soy yoghurt
  • 5 strawberries (2 for the topping)
  • 1 pitaya/dragon fruit (1/3 for the topping)
  • 1 banana (1/3 for the topping)
  • Shredded coconut
  • 10 gr muesli (for the topping)

 

How to make it: Place everything, except the fruit for the topping, into a blender and make a smooth whole. Pour into a beautiful bowl and place the remaining fruit there as a topping on top. Enjoy!
