Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order is already ready for shipping or is already on it’s way, we can not adjust this more. If this is not the case, we can cancel or change the order for you
Can I exchange my order?
We can exchange the item for antoher size or colour, but only when the item has the same price. De return is for your own cost. The new package will be send to you for free.
My order is a gift for someone else. How do I make this clear?
During the checkout, there is the possibility of adding a 'comment'. You can leave a personalized message to the recipient of your gift.
Why can not I use multiple discount codes?
Unfortunately, we accept only one coupon code per order.
I received my order, but miss one item. What should I do?
We encourage you to get in touch with us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will solve this as soon as possible for you.
What happens if I'm not home?
When no one is present at the delivery address, the driver will leave a note and make a second attempt the next day. Do you want to change something about the delivery? Then you can contact the carrier.
When will my order be delivered?
Once your order is received by us, we get to work immediately. We strive to ship your order within 48 hours. In the Netherlands your package usually will be delivered the next business day. For shipments outside the Netherlands this is within 2 to 8 days.
What if my order is damaged or incorrectly delivered?
When you notice any damages or other problems when you unpack your package, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible via email@example.com. We will solve this with you as soon as possible.

May sale items be returned?
You may return sale items within the prescribed period, only when you can confirm that the items meet the return conditions.
How do I know my return has arrived?
Once your return has arrived, we will process it as soon as possible. At that time you will get a confirmation e-mail. However, we recommend that you keep your good return receipt and keep your tracking number in mind.
Why have I not received the refund yet?
Depending on the payment and banking, it may take 3-5 working days.
Do I get the gift card by mail or email?
You will receive the Gift Card via e-mail. It will bes end to the email address provided by you. This can also be sent directly to the recipient.
Are the products large or small?
Because there is a lot of stretch in almost all items, these mostly fit normal to slightly smaller fit. We encourage you to carefully read the heading "fit" before you place your order.
I have a complaint, what should I do?
